Do you have a preferred vendor list?
No. We believe you should be able to choose who you have cater your wedding or event, whether it be a high end company or your grandmothers home cooking. The choice is yours!
Do you host events & celebrations other than weddings?
Yes. We host weddings, celebrations of life, baby showers, birthdays, retirements, company parties and so much more! Please contact us to discuss your event needs and we can come up with a personalized quote for you!
Do you offer time slots to photographers for personal use?
Yes. We love that photographers see the beauty here and want to share it with their clients! Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Can we have our pets in the event?
No, Pets are not allowed at this time. Please contact us with any questions.
How long do we have the venue for?
We allow use of the venue from 10a- 11p (times differ for weekday rentals). Music and loud noises must be off by 10pm (due to county noise ordinances). We also allow a rehearsal time slot before the event. This date will be determined at the time of booking.
Can we still host our wedding under the tent during a thunder and lightning storm?
You should never shelter under a tent during either. These tents are made to be temporary shelter from sun and rain, not thunder and lightning. Please plan ahead and know that a tent wedding may need to be postponed.
Do you provide restrooms?
Yes. We will have onsite restrooms (with flushing toilets) for your event.
Do you have onsite power?
No. Unfortunately, we currently do not have onsite power. We use generators (provided) for any power needs and any food will need to be cold serve or in fuel heated chaffing dishes. Most vendors have their own heating and power sources but please make sure this is discussed with your vendors (Caterers, DJs etc). Please contact us with any further questions on this.
Do you operate year round?
Unfortunately, we do not. At this time, we are only operating during dry summer months (July- September).
Do we need Event insurance?
Yes. We require event insurance. Proof will need to be provided at least 30 days prior to event date. We also require Wa State liquor permit if alcohol is being served. Please contact us with any questions on this.
