What Is Included with your Rental
Farm and Venue Use:
With your reservation, You will receive full use of over 25 private acres of land. We have a mixture of wooded land and flat hayfields to use as your blank canvas.
We provide a commercial grade 40x80 white event tent with optional side walls and commercial grade heater.
Large Wood dance floor.
Boho style aisle rugs and over 50 mixed style chairs and church pews to use during your ceremony or as additional seating.
Ample field parking.
We provide the generators and fuel for any needed power to the venue.
Firepit and wood provided.
Use of our bridal suite/get ready room.
Tables and Seating:
With your reservation we offer use of the following :
8 - wood farm tables (seating for 6+)
12 - Round tables (seating for 10+)
6 - 6' rectangle Lifetime tables (typically used for food, gifts, beverages)
80 - banquet style chairs with white linen covers
18 - wood benches (typically used as seating for the wood farm tables)
60 - mixed boho style chairs (typically used for outdoor ceremony site)
Inside tent seating is approx. 125 comfortably. We ask that you keep your guest attendance in close parameters to this number.
Other
We provide linens for all of our tables and chairs. Linens are laundered after each use. Round seating tables (white linens), Rectangle multi-use tables (Black linens) and Banquet chair covers (white linens) are all included with your reservations.
We also provide free use of anything in our inventory closet. This includes chaffing dishes (heating fuel and liners not included), faux greenery, navy runners, signs, galvanized buckets and vases, wood lanterns, candle holders, flameless candles, milk glass, mason jars, dessert bar items (trays, cake plates and serving dishes), multiple beverage bars and so much more. Pricing and Months of Operation
Due to this being a weather sensitive outdoor venue and an operating hayfield, we currently only offer dates between July and September. Viewings are by appointment only and are to be during the summer months as well. We are sorry for any inconveniences!
Our current 2022/2023 Saturday/Sunday Daily rental fee (10a-11p) is: $3000
